You've tried stretching.
You've tried massage, chiropractic care, physical therapy, rest, and maybe even injections.
Some things helped temporarily. Others didn't seem to do much.
And now you're at the point where you're saying:
"I've tried everything, and nothing works."
But have you actually tried everything?
Let's Go Through a Checklist.
Have you had a thorough evaluation? Not just someone looking at where it hurts, but understanding your history, movement, strength, and what you're trying to get back to.
Do you actually understand what's contributing to your pain? Or have you just been told to stretch, rest, or avoid certain movements?
Have you followed a structured rehab plan? Not just a few exercises to do at home, but a plan that progresses as you improve.
Have you worked on building strength and capacity? Feeling better is great, but is your body becoming more prepared to handle the activities that were causing problems?
Have you given the process enough time? A couple of treatments or a week of exercises isn't always enough to address something that's been bothering you for months or years.
Have you actually tested your progress? Are you measuring improvements in strength, mobility, and your ability to do the things you love?
Have you explored whether further testing or a specialist is needed? Sometimes persistent symptoms require a different perspective or additional medical evaluation.
So, Have You Really Tried Everything?
If you couldn't check off most of those boxes, there may still be some important pieces missing.
And if you checked every box but you're still struggling, that doesn't mean you're out of options. It may mean it's time to reassess the diagnosis or approach.
The goal isn't to keep trying more treatments. It's to find a plan that actually moves you forward.
At Apex, we want to understand what you've already tried, what hasn't worked, and what might be missing.
Because you deserve more than another temporary fix.
